It was just a simple inquiry as I’m finding a home although the company didn’t have any vacancies when I called, the reception lady Juvi gave me a lot of information I need. She’s very polite and friendly. Such great customer service!

This agency do nothing for comfortable tenant’s life. They have cockroaches in apartments and don’t worn about it. They don’t fix problems in time. We have broken oven from the first time when we started to live here, and dryer in laundry is also broken almost during the month, sometimes we sleep without blanket because it doesn’t dry out. And they don’t care about it. I don’t advice anyone to deal with this agency.
Absolutely the worst work ethic ever! I moved into an apt 3-4 months ago and have left 3 messages or more for the "person" responsible for my building and nothing! Also sent an email. Stupid right.. how do you not return new move-in calls??

No thank you! It is a perfect representation of this company. This person Norma literally just called me maybe 4 mins ago siting my old vm from maybe October or even September. Which is hilarious cause she's the one whom JUST transferred me to Ernie! Lol ??????? I'd say a cleary sign of no communication within the company or just simple lack of work ethic in your own personal job. Re-calling someone in this situation is a prime example. The only reason I was FINALLY contacted was because I made this post. Which goes against this company and w.e ethics it has or doesn't have. As I was just told by Ernie, I am not supposed to call this management as I am a tenant apparently. So I now have no business with this company. But thank you for the phone call return 4 months later ???????????. Good luck to everyone else, sincerely.
Quite possibly the most unorganized and unprofessional management compamy I have ever been subject to. Their accounting department is an absolute mess, they don't do any due diligence, and have numerous times wrongly accused unit owners of owing them hundreds of dollars.
I'd rate them zero stars if that was an option.

Imperial Properties has managed our Condo Building since 2012. They have continued to improve the quality of their services and these past 2 years in particular, I am impressed with their professionalism and Team. Imperial takes good and immediate care of our communal property. Imperial will respond quickly in matters of concern and emergencies (ie Condo plumbing issues). Condo board meeting's have run smoothly. Imperial works with us to ensure Condo issues are resolved and provides important information to do so. Thank you!
Our experience as owners of a townhouse that is Managed by Imperial Properties is really based on the relationship we have developed with Property Manager Albert - his work ethic - professionalism and commitment to ensuring things get done and resolved are excellent!! He goes beyond the call of duty often to resolve issues.
We have had a great experience living in our condo complex that is managed by Imperial Properties. One suggestion and change we'd like to see is that the garage where the garbage and recycling is kept is maintained better. More times than not both recycling and garbage bins are overflowing and the garage is filthy.

I have found Mr. Albert Janabajab VERY GOOD as a manager, the BEST so far.
overall pretty happy with the apartment and the managing company. A few things that should be fixed for the building as a whole and the neighbourhood is still in needs of improvement so there are a couple of location concerns but on the whole it has been a good experience.

By far THE worst service I've ever witnessed in my 40 years of living.
Their failure to communicate is overwhelming. I have never had to work so hard to get someone to return a phone call or email. Just unreal.
"Maria" was very rude and unprofessional on the phone.
If my experience is any sign of how they deal with their tenants DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I called and booked a viewing of 66 Furby for June 25th at 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:20 and waited until 9:45. I then called and the receptionist asking if someone were on their way. She then said she would call the maintenance man to give me a walk threw and I said unfortunately I couldn’t because I had to work at 11. Then she told me that the property manager actually handed in the wrong key so it wouldn’t work anyways and she had called in sick but didn’t think to call me. So we rescheduled for June 26th (today) at 10am. I show up at 9:50am wait until 10:10 and give them another call. She transfers me to the property manager where the line is busy. I recall 3 times and the receptionist had started ignoring my calls so I decided to come home and I will NOT be moving into any of their properties in the future. The lack of customer service and organization is absolutely appalling. Can’t give a 0 rating so I guess 1 star will do.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my personal experience with Laine from Imperial Properties! She has been very patient and helpful regarding our services through this company. Our family has specifically very much appreciated her excellent communication, compassion and overall support!
